Coordinate with Build and GTM Teams - Serve as the key interlock between municipal engagement activities and the broader Fibre Community Enablement team, ensuring municipal readiness aligns with construction timelines and Go-To-Market activation triggers.
Lead, Develop, and Grow the Municipal Engagement Team - People-manage a team of municipal relations specialists. Develop team capabilities, set clear priorities, and foster a high-performance culture.
Produce Intelligence and Executive Briefings - Maintain a national stakeholder map of political decision-makers, monitor election cycles and policy changes, and produce detailed briefing packages for municipal government meetings and executive escalations.
