Responsibilities
Function as fully independent Talent Acquisition Specialist, attract and communicate with candidates to ensure best candidate experience
Cooperate with Hiring Manager to help clarify the profile of a role, to design and implement best recruiting techniques
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Think outside the box to find and attract candidates: source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Own full-cycle recruitment process using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
Requirements
Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing and selecting top of the market talent
An understanding of how to work with different type of recruitments in different industries
The ability to collaborate with different hiring managers and stakeholders
The ability to work fully independently: organize your time, set priorities, achieve results
The ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
A results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing and hiring top talents at scale
Experience in working with ATS (Workable is a plus)
Fluent in English and Polish
