Responsibilities
Support customer managers with operational and organizational tasks in day-to-day business
Responsible for the internal handling of sales processes (Presales, Sales and Aftersales) in collaboration with Customer and Product Management, Order Control and Service & Support
Revenue planning and regular controlling, as well as identification of revenue risks
Monitoring sales processes in the context of KPI creation and oversight
Budgeting and budget monitoring for Customer Management
Participation in the preparation of tenders and procurement procedures
Support in maintaining the CRM system
Independently preparing quotes and following up on order status
Requirements
Experience in inside sales or a comparable role, ideally in the public sector and IT environment
Interest in an exciting and future-proof customer environment and in digitalization in the public sector
Basic technical understanding and strong IT affinity
Cross-team collaboration, strong communication skills and persuasiveness
Independent, structured and customer-oriented work style
