Responsibilities
Analyze and document quality-related deviations.
Evaluate relevant quality metrics and initiate corrective and improvement measures.
Further develop the existing quality management system and ensure ongoing certification readiness for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal process and quality audits.
Create, update, and manage QMS documentation.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement process to optimize internal workflows.
Ensure compliance with and implementation of the TCM quality standard.
Monitor adherence to quality requirements and legal regulations in relevant company areas.
Work closely with Production, Development, and Sales to ensure product and process quality.
Requirements
Completed technical training as an Industrial Mechanic, Machining Technician (Zerspanung), Precision Mechanic, or Mechanical Engineering Technician.
Valid certification as a Quality Manager according to ISO 9001:2015.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally with experience in machining environments.
Business-oriented thinking and a strong sense of responsibility.
Clear and persuasive communication with internal and external partners.
Confident command of English, both written and spoken.
Flexibility and willingness to travel within Central Europe.
Initiative and a solution-focused mindset.
Knowledge of IT security processes is an advantage.
Good IT user skills and experience with SAP are desirable.
