About the role
- Quality Manager responsible for quality assurance in manufacturing processes for international clients. Analyzing deviations and continuously improving the quality management system.
Responsibilities
- You analyze quality-related deviations and document them systematically.
- You evaluate relevant quality metrics and derive targeted improvement measures.
- You further develop the existing quality management system and ensure its certification readiness according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- You plan internal process and quality audits, conduct them independently, and consistently track the resulting actions.
- You create, update and manage all QMS documentation such as process descriptions, work instructions and the QMS manual.
- You actively contribute to the continuous improvement process and help optimize internal workflows.
- You ensure compliance with and implementation of the TCM quality standard.
- You monitor adherence to quality specifications and legal requirements in all relevant company areas.
- You work closely with production, development and sales to ensure sustained product and process quality.
Requirements
- You have completed technical training as an Industrial Mechanic, Machining Technician (e.g. CNC/Machinist), Precision Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering Technician.
- You hold a valid certification as a Quality Manager according to ISO 9001:2015.
- You have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally with experience in machining environments.
- You think commercially and act with a strong sense of entrepreneurial responsibility.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively with internal contacts as well as external partners.
- You are proficient in English, written and spoken.
- You are flexible and available to travel for multi-day assignments across Central Europe depending on project phase.
- You show initiative, take responsibility and demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of IT security processes is desirable.
- You have good IT user skills and ideally experience working with SAP.
