- Plan and oversee Waterfall and Agile based projects to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Coordinate project scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with organizational priorities.
- Manage risks and dependencies across teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership, including status reports and dashboards.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to align goals and expectations.
- Influence positive change at both team and organizational levels.
- Lead by example, modeling Agile values and behaviors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience coaching Agile teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
