Responsibilities
- Establish and embed strong Scrum Master practices
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency
- Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and senior leaders
- Support Agile teams to deliver value end-to-end
- Help scale Agile ways of working across the organisation
- Mentor and lead a community—or team—of Scrum Masters
- Act as an Agile thought leader
- Balance pragmatic delivery with coaching and cultural change
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with leadership and people-management experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and how to apply them pragmatically
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Demonstrated experience coaching teams toward high-quality, continuous delivery
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for outcome-driven delivery
- Hands-on experience with Agile tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Advanced Agile certifications (e.g. PSM III, SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile Coach, CSP-SM, facilitation certifications)
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management is a plus
