- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and techniques, including backlog management, sprint planning, estimation, and team facilitation.
- Proven ability to facilitate ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and remove impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
