Responsibilities
You organize and facilitate agile events (Planning, Daily, Review, Retro) and ensure their quality.
You support the Product Owner with backlog management, refinement, ensuring compliance with regulatory-critical tasks, and maintain continuous transparency about current delivery progress.
You proactively remove impediments.
You promote self-organization, personal accountability and an open feedback culture within the team, and take responsibility for effective collaboration according to agile principles and our company values.
You think beyond immediate boundaries and help the team better understand and embrace agile principles.
Requirements
You hold a degree in (business) informatics or business psychology and have several years of relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master or an equivalent qualification.
You have solid experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in (software) projects. Certification (e.g. PSM I/II or CSM) is a plus.
You master Scrum methodology, have a deep understanding of agile values, and are confident in moderating workshops and using agile metrics (velocity, burndown) to make progress visible.
Working with Jira and Confluence is part of your everyday routine.
You are empathetic, strong in communication, and have a feel for group dynamics and conflict resolution.
You have business-fluent German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
