Requirements

- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Experience with planning, prioritization, and tracking of technology initiatives.
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders (business and technology).
- Analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.
- Experience in corporate environments or large-scale projects.
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Solutions Architect.
- Knowledge of systems architecture, cloud, or integrations.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, TOGAF, or similar.
- Experience with digital products, platforms, or digital transformation.
- Experience in agile structures or product squads.
