About the role

Responsibilities

  • Critically analyze the company's positioning relative to competitors, proposing actions to enhance regional competitiveness.
  • Generate and develop customer retention and demand-generation opportunities based on market potential analysis and customer profiling.
  • Lead field sales campaigns and commercial activities, set pricing, and propose strategies in coordination with marketing and customer-relations teams.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients through planned, structured actions focused on value generation.
  • Manage strategic accounts in the region, defining targets, volumes, and credit policies to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor and ensure the region's financial results through planning, KPI analysis, and adjustments to the commercial strategy.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to prospect new regional partners, delivering differentiated experiences and expanding the company's presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Transportation Management, agribusiness logistics, or routing.
  • Experience negotiating with major market players.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High availability for travel.
  • Valid Category B driver's license (required).
