Responsibilities
Critically analyze the company's positioning relative to competitors, proposing actions to enhance regional competitiveness.
Generate and develop customer retention and demand-generation opportunities based on market potential analysis and customer profiling.
Lead field sales campaigns and commercial activities, set pricing, and propose strategies in coordination with marketing and customer-relations teams.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients through planned, structured actions focused on value generation.
Manage strategic accounts in the region, defining targets, volumes, and credit policies to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
Monitor and ensure the region's financial results through planning, KPI analysis, and adjustments to the commercial strategy.
Plan and execute initiatives to prospect new regional partners, delivering differentiated experiences and expanding the company's presence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
Knowledge of Transportation Management, agribusiness logistics, or routing.
Experience negotiating with major market players.
Strong analytical skills.
High availability for travel.
Valid Category B driver's license (required).
