Responsibilities

Schedule field technician visits for on-site diagnostics;
Receive notifications of customer problems and, with the support of internal systems, identify the parts required for proper repair;
Track case progress and keep the customer informed at all times.
Requirements
High school diploma;
Experience in customer service;
Familiarity with technologies and tools such as HelpDesk;
Basic Excel skills.
