About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for supporting vendor programs and lifecycle management, serving as the go-to person for internal teams and external vendors.
- Perform complex deal registration and customer support for complex pricing models.
- Develop a deep understanding of vendor programs, including pricing structures, incentives, and promotions, and effectively communicate this information to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to sales teams, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with vendor pricing guidelines.
- May collaborate with sales teams to identify up-sell opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of vendor programs and pricing structures.
- Determine lead times and delivery schedules based on product availability, build lead times, and other relevant factors, effectively managing customer expectations.
- Apply pricing accurately and consistently, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and policies.
- May create renewal contracts, where applicable, and proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring timely execution and maximizing customer retention.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with multiple-tier vendors, acting as a liaison between the company and vendors, effectively managing communication, escalations, and issue resolution.
Requirements
