- Technical Advisor supporting Terre des Hommes Netherlands in advocacy work regarding child exploitation. Integrating influencing in program design and execution with a focus on ethical child participation.
Responsibilities
- Ondersteunen van de implementatie van de beïnvloedingsagenda van TdH NL
- Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van beïnvloedingsstrategieën, campagnes en beleidsstandpunten
- Assisteren bij het plannen en coördineren van lobby- en belangenbehartigingsactiviteiten
- Deelnemen aan Nederlandse thematische netwerken, coalities en multi-stakeholderfora
- Opstellen en ondersteunen van de ontwikkeling van beleidsnota's en advocacy-materialen
- Technische input leveren voor SEC-gerelateerd programmadesign en -implementatie
- Ondersteunen van trainingen, briefings en technische begeleiding aan medewerkers en partners
Requirements
- Aantoonbare ervaring met beleidsbeïnvloeding, advocacy of lobby
- Stevige kennis van seksuele uitbuiting van kinderen
- Praktische ervaring met het ondersteunen van ethische, veilige en betekenisvolle participatie van kinderen en jongeren
- Vermogen om onderzoek en programmatische inzichten te vertalen naar advocacy- en beleidsinput
- Ervaring in samenwerking met overheden, maatschappelijke organisaties en/of private-sectoracteurs in multi-stakeholdersettings
- Sterke schrijf- en communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels en Nederlands
- Relevante academische achtergrond en ongeveer 3–5 jaar relevante werkervaring
