Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate web projects across all phases (initial discovery, requirements gathering, planning, controlling, implementation, and closure).
- Communicate with and advise clients; handle client inquiries via email and phone.
- Act as the interface between design, development, and the client.
- Create project roadmaps in alignment with clients.
- Plan and allocate project team resources.
- Assist with cost estimations and preparation of proposals.
Requirements
- Relevant education or degree: IT education with business studies, business education with IT experience, or an equivalent background.
- Several years of experience leading IT and digital projects, ideally in an agency environment.
- Experience with project documentation and proposal processes.
- Knowledge of various agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-initiative.
- Team player with enjoyment in working with people.
- Comfortable working independently and organizing your own work — reliability is one of your strengths!
