You manage your clients' projects operationally and strategically: you challenge briefings, develop solution approaches, and ensure a structured project workflow.
With your professional presence and subject-matter depth, you help establish our agency as a respected sparring partner on equal footing.
You collaborate closely with various teams (e.g., planning, strategy, or media orchestration) to implement media planning and projects in an integrated and impactful way.
You continuously provide your clients with key market information, trends, and competitive analyses, and actively invite them to relevant industry events and awards.
You progressively deepen your understanding of communication processes, client collaboration, and project management through structured on-the-job learning, in-depth training, and sparring with experienced colleagues.
Requirements
You bring substantial professional experience in client or project management.
Ideally with a focus on media from a media agency.
You may not have had direct exposure to media or marketing yet, but you have a strong instinct for relationships, brands, and projects.
You have a keen sense for your clients' unique needs and transform them with passion and strategic thinking into tailored solutions that excite.
You are familiar with media planning or have worked closely with media teams on cross-media projects.
You understand how to position brands successfully and advise your clients in a collaborative, equal-footing manner.
You work in a structured and self-directed way and maintain oversight even on complex projects.
You impress with a confident presence, decisive decision-making, and clear, solution-oriented communication.
Ideally, you already have experience with HubSpot, awork, and Power BI—or you are ready to learn these tools quickly.
