About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet, advise and assist users via our helpline (administrative and technical support)
  • Process registration requests and incoming postal mail
  • Manage incoming emails to the general support inbox
  • Track and update records in our information system
  • Monitor existing installations
  • Schedule and coordinate troubleshooting and repair interventions with our technicians

Requirements

  • Federal VET diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools
  • Native French speaker, ideally with very good knowledge of Swiss German or German
  • English or other languages are a real plus
  • Strong writing skills and impeccable spelling
  • Organized, autonomous and able to manage priorities
  • Swiss citizenship or a valid work permit
