About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating, implementing and monitoring field experiments/trials in the Nièvre region, in line with the programs to which the organization is committed.
- Carry out observations and contribute to the preparation of the Plant Health Bulletin for arable crops.
- Provide support to other advisors and Development Group facilitators (writing crop updates, organizing trial visits, field tours, etc.).
- Act as a proactive contributor within the team and department to develop technical days, training sessions or services in response to farmers’ needs, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
- Serve as the point of contact for the implementation and monitoring of the company’s occupational risk assessment document (DUER) for the specialized units “experimentation” and “Observations and Sampling”.
Requirements
- Degree in agricultural engineering or equivalent, or a BTS (vocational diploma) with relevant experience in crop production and agronomy.
- Knowledge of plant protection would be an asset.
- Rigorous and methodical.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong interest in fieldwork and technical assignments.
- Possession of the Certiphyto Conseil certificate would be a plus.
- Dynamic, autonomous and proactive.
