About the role
- Sr Business Management Analyst supporting processing improvements in Commercial Loan Operations. Collaborating with teams at TD Bank for data reporting and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Works independently but receives assistance/coaching from more senior levels
- Coaches other team members, as appropriate, within area of expertise
- Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners
- Helps senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis and various corporate and business line initiatives
- Resolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, outside contacts as necessary
- Works cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
- Adds financial value to company by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the company
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or progressive work experience
- 3+ Years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of various data sources, tools and technologies used in preparing summaries and reports
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques (Access, SQL, Excel, VBA, Macros)
- Power Platform experience required (Power Apps, Power BI)
- Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript
- Understanding of Commercial Bank Operations and Servicing – specific familiarity with TD Bank tools, systems (ACBS, nCino), policies, and procedures is preferred
- Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
