Responsibilities
You will work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Project Management, IT, Development) and external partners to develop solution concepts based on tender requirements.
You will be responsible for the entire tender process — from the initial screening of tender documents to final submission of the proposal.
You will plan and conduct kick-off meetings as well as regular alignment calls with internal and external stakeholders.
You will prepare and compile all relevant documents, cover letters, reference data and pricing sheets.
You will review tender conditions (procurement regulations such as VgV, VOL), identify requirements and risks, and derive appropriate measures.
You will ensure that all tender documents are complete, submitted on time and in the required format.
Requirements
Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Law, Industrial Engineering, Medical Technology or a comparable field
Strong communication and organizational skills with a high level of empathy for customer needs
Technical understanding of IT and medical technology solutions
Strong analytical skills and organizational talent
Ability to implement complex requirements in a structured, solution-oriented manner
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
