About the role
- Systems Engineer supporting design and development of complex systems for Defense using Model Based Systems Engineering. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver software advancements in critical systems.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of complex systems on software programs targeting Defense customers
- Execute Statements of Work (SOW) to satisfy ongoing, and new business requirements
- Contribute to technical execution of projects building and assessing systems engineering and architecture models
- Engage in system engineering and MBSE activities within Open Architecture groups
- Provide MBSE guidance for development and execution of products
- Conduct MBSE-based reviews and technical assessments.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Current U.S. Government Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with SysML
- Ability to interface with customers from both a technical and programmatic context.
