About the role
- Systems Engineer supporting deployment and operational reliability in cloud-based healthcare platform. Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to manage cloud environments and troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud-based application environments
- Support application deployments across development, QA, and production environments
- Assist in evolving CI/CD pipelines and reducing manual deployment processes
- Monitor system health, performance, and resource utilization across cloud services
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving production issues across services and databases
- Support developers in analyzing logs, metrics, and system behavior during incidents
- Monitor cloud infrastructure cost and identify opportunities for optimization
- Support security best practices including access control and monitoring
- Maintain documentation for environment configuration and deployment processes
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience working with cloud-hosted application environments
- Experience operating cloud-hosted systems on major platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Practical experience with AWS services is preferred given the current platform
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
- Experience supporting application deployments and release processes
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and pipeline tooling
- Experience troubleshooting production issues in distributed systems
- Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior
- Basic SQL knowledge for backend validation and debugging
- Understanding of REST APIs and service interactions
