Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor patch management processes for Windows and Linux systems to ensure all systems are up to date and secure.
• Create and test software packages and scripts to automate installation processes and optimize system deployment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Analyze system logs and error reports to identify issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Train and support team members on patch management and software distribution best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing and performing patch management for Windows and Linux systems.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash for task automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex IT infrastructures.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Fluent German (minimum C1 level).
