B2B Sales Executive for a communication agency focusing on internal communication and marketing solutions. Responsible for client acquisition and managing communications portfolio.
Responsibilities
Conduct active prospecting of companies that fit the agency's strategic profile
Identify opportunities, map needs and present solutions for internal communications, digital, PR, internal marketing and integrated projects
Lead sales meetings, presentations and portfolio demonstrations
Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals
Manage the sales pipeline and log activities in the CRM
Work in partnership with internal teams (account service, content, digital and creative) to design deliverables
Monitor sales metrics and the progress of opportunities
Work with a focus on goals and results, ensuring revenue predictability
Requirements
Proven experience selling services (B2B) at communications, marketing, PR, digital, advertising, content or consulting companies
Experience in active prospecting and acquiring new clients
Ability to deliver presentations and commercial arguments clearly and strategically
Negotiation skills and pipeline management
Organization and discipline for sales routines and CRM use
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related fields (preferred)
Knowledge or familiarity with areas such as communications, marketing, PR, digital, content or consulting (preferred)
Experience in communications and advertising sales (preferred)
