About the role
- Product Management Lead overseeing product management functions for Marketplace and Content Ecosystem at HARMAN. Driving strategic direction, leading global teams, and fostering collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the product management functions for both our Marketplace and Content Ecosystem domains
- Drive the strategic direction and execution of product lines, ensuring they meet market demands and business objectives
- Lead global teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and champion innovation across the organization
- Mentor and guide product and partnership teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth across both domains
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 15+ years of industry-related experience, including working with OEMs
- 7+ years of experience in leading product management and delivery of product roadmaps
- Extensive experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Delivery, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Strong knowledge of modern tooling, industry best practices, and the latest technologies
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a product management team
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to engage with customers and stakeholders to gather valuable feedback and insights
- Experience in monitoring market trends and analyzing the competitive landscape
