Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture: Design and develop robust IT solutions to meet business needs. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with technical standards.
Requirements Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
Technology Selection and Evaluation: Support the Enterprise Architect and team in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies. Conduct feasibility studies and create prototypes to test ideas and solutions.
Integration and Implementation: Align with the Enterprise Architect to integrate new systems into the existing IT landscape, ensuring compatibility and interoperability across platforms.
Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation. Communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of implemented solutions by performing regular code reviews and technical audits to maintain high standards.
Requirements
Several years of experience in IT architecture and solution design with Salesforce software products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Datacloud, etc.) and surrounding systems.
Strong knowledge of software development, databases, networking, and cloud technologies.
Experience working with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Certifications in relevant technologies and methods (e.g., AWS, Azure, TO.GAF, SAFe) are highly desirable.
Industry knowledge in retail is a plus.
Deep expertise in the offer-to-order process.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and innovate.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Fluent in business English (German is advantageous).
