Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day engineering delivery across multiple strategic client engagements and internal platform initiatives, ensuring that tasks are clear, prioritized, and progressing.
- Building a culture of ownership, craft, and continuous improvement while increasing team autonomy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product and technical leadership to break down, scope, and plan complex technical projects across our AI, GCP, and Web3 domains.
- Ensure high standards for code quality, system performance, and maintainability by establishing best practices and guiding architectural decisions.
- Proactively identify risks and escalate them early, improving team processes so that our delivery becomes faster and more predictable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with prior experience formally leading developers, managing teams, or owning end-to-end technical delivery.
- Strong foundation in system design, cloud architecture (preferably GCP), and backend engineering.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping production-quality code in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Active daily use of AI-enabled coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code) to accelerate development workflows and increase throughput.
- Active Google Cloud certifications, or willingness to obtain within one month of joining.
- Curiosity, experimentation with latest technologies, and bias for action.

- Experience scaling engineering teams in high-growth startups or professional services companies.
- Background in managing teams working on AI/ML pipelines, LLM tooling, or Web3/blockchain integrations.
- Experience improving messy or low-process environments and establishing agile delivery cycles.
