You develop holistic funnel and CRM strategies that efficiently convert leads into sales-ready opportunities.
You rely on measurable, test-driven approaches and bring strong stakeholder management.
You work closely with your team and other departments to ensure sustainable growth and execute successful campaigns.
You are responsible for building new lead channels beyond classic performance marketing, e.g., job boards, referral programs, communities, events, or partnerships.
You reduce Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) through smart lead acquisition, effective pre-qualification, and efficient handovers.
You design the entire lead funnel, from lead capture through CRM flow to correct routing to the appropriate sales reps.
You develop content across the full funnel (top–mid–bottom) and manage audience-specific materials such as flyers, one-pagers, landing pages, sales materials, and FAQ content.
You build strategic email nurturing flows that engage and activate leads over the long term.
You monitor relevant marketing and sales KPIs for the channels you manage, analyze open, click, and response rates as well as meeting conversion rates.
Requirements
Experience in growth marketing: You have several years of experience in B2C or B2B lead growth, performance, or CRM marketing and have ideally owned end-to-end funnels.
Funnel and process understanding: You understand the architecture of lead funnels from lead capture through qualification, CRM, routing, and handover to sales.
CRM, email automation and content: You have experience with CRM systems and email automation. Segmentation, trigger flows, nurturing and reactivation are part of your daily work.
KPI affinity: You work analytically, track relevant KPIs, run continuous tests and derive actionable learnings.
Hands-on mentality: You consolidate requirements, prioritize sensibly and align teams around shared goals.
Communication: You have very good German skills (native or C1/C2 level) and can communicate confidently in both spoken and written form.
