About the role

Responsibilities
- Разом з командою формувати продуктові та бізнес-гіпотези, планувати тести та експерименти
- Перетворювати ідеї на MVP / proof-of-concept для реальних користувачів
- Працювати з дизайном, аналітикою та розробкою, супроводжуючи фічі від ідеї до релізу
- Аналізувати вплив змін на метрики продукту (activation, retention, LTV, revenue)
- Проводити user та market research: інтерв’ю, аналіз поведінки, конкурентів, трендів
- Поступово брати ownership над окремою бізнес-зоною
Requirements
- Досвід у продуктовій команді або operations-heavy бізнесі (junior / early-mid)
- Здатність ставити цілі та доводити до результату (get things done)
- Аналітичний майндсет: вміння декомпозувати проблеми, розуміння як приймати data-based рішення, навіть коли їх небагато
- Швидкість, цікавість до нового, гнучкість і здатність до саморефлексії
