Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve organic lead generation (SEO, website optimization)
  • Manage outbound campaigns including email marketing and webinar coordination
  • Own conference strategy, including planning, execution, and lead capture
  • Produce high-quality content (blogs, white papers) leveraging clinical outcome data
  • Revamp and optimize sales collateral (pitch decks, pricing guides)
  • Support expansion into new markets (e.g., cardiology, insurance payers)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials
  • Track and optimize marketing ROI in collaboration with finance leadership
  • Implement AI tools for outreach automation, lead scoring, and performance tracking
  • Deliver weekly performance reports on campaign results, conversions, and pipeline growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years in a B2B marketing role focused on growth and lead generation (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Must reside in the Charleston, SC area for hybrid collaboration
  • Experience in healthcare or virtual care marketing
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms
