About the role
- VP of Enrollment Strategy driving growth initiatives for Health & Wellness platform. Collaborating across teams to enhance operational enrollment capabilities and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the multi-year Enrollment Strategy and modernization roadmap
- Own the design and enablement of digital and operational enrollment capabilities
- Partner with Technology, Marketing, SFDC, Analytics, and Sales to identify capacity gaps
- Translate business growth priorities into product, workflow, and enablement requirements
- Develop compelling, data-driven business cases
- Serve as the strategic liaison between Go-To-Market teams and operational delivery partners
- Monitor enrollment performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
- Lead highly visible, cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through execution
- Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and performance insights to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience in Financial Services
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a commercial, operational, or customer-facing leadership role
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed environment
- Strong proficiency in the use of Salesforce CRM
- Expertise in process improvement, communication strategy, or operational workflows
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 20%
