Responsibilities
Define and evolve the multi-year Enrollment Strategy and modernization roadmap
Own the design and enablement of digital and operational enrollment capabilities
Partner with Technology, Marketing, SFDC, Analytics, and Sales to identify capacity gaps
Translate business growth priorities into product, workflow, and enablement requirements
Develop compelling, data-driven business cases
Serve as the strategic liaison between Go-To-Market teams and operational delivery partners
Monitor enrollment performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
Lead highly visible, cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through execution
Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and performance insights to senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience in Financial Services
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a commercial, operational, or customer-facing leadership role
Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed environment
Strong proficiency in the use of Salesforce CRM
Expertise in process improvement, communication strategy, or operational workflows
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 20%
