Responsibilities
Acquire new sponsors and partners
Manage and expand existing partnerships
Develop attractive sponsorship packages and partner strategies
Reporting and pipeline management (HubSpot)
Collaborate with executive management, events and marketing teams
Lead a small team of volunteers
Requirements
At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, partner or sponsorship management (ideally with large-scale events, nationally-reaching events, or startups/innovation)
Passion for networking, innovation and entrepreneurship
Confident, personable presence and enthusiasm for sales
Excellent German and English skills (Swiss German required)
Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)
Service- and customer-oriented mindset
