Responsibilities
Acquisition of new sponsors and partners
Development of attractive sponsorship packages and partner strategies
Reporting and pipeline management (HubSpot)
Managing and expanding existing partnerships
Collaboration with executive management, event and marketing teams
Leading a small team of volunteers
Requirements
At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally in sponsorship/events with national and/or international reach
Entrepreneurial mindset, a personable presence and enthusiasm for sales
Ability to quickly understand connections and act proactively
Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is an advantage)
Service- and customer-oriented
Excellent German and English skills (Swiss German is mandatory)
