Responsibilities
Lead the global TPM operations team providing strategic direction, coaching, and development to team members
Lead operational delivery of TPM services across the third-party lifecycle
Manage service quality by establishing metrics, tracking SLA/KPI performance
Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain effective partnering models
Ensure data quality by overseeing completeness of third-party information
Drive risk monitoring and analysis of third-party risks
Oversee workflow management by triaging incoming requests
Lead continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies
Execute automation opportunities to improve efficiency
Support resilience initiatives including scenario-based testing
Provide project management for the TPM Ops and Delivery portfolio
Monitor industry trends in third-party management
Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in business operations, third-party oversight, or compliance functions within financial services
Extensive experience in third-party risk management or operational risk management
Proven leadership experience in managing global and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach to service delivery
Master's Degree, preferably in business, with excellent English language skills
