About the role
- Product Marketing Manager developing GTM strategies for Paychex SaaS products. Collaborating with multiple teams to enhance product adoption and messaging effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute GTM positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for key Paychex products and services initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective rollouts.

- Leverage insights and feedback from early adopter or controlled initiatives to refine product and service positioning and messaging as well as inform the product and service roadmap and strategy.

- Oversee product update communications and strategy assigned product and service initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Required
- 5 years of experience in Marketing B2C or B2B brands in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- 4 years of experience in Product marketing role involving responsibility for development of audience segmentation, insights, and GTM strategy.
