Sales Representative supporting Supermicro's Nordics market sales team by managing customer orders and providing product information. Responsibilities include sales account maintenance and daily sales order processing.
Responsibilities
Work closely with local Nordics sales and direct support with customers.
Collaboration and with closely with both Sales and Sales support administrators.
Qualify opportunities, create target lists for the vertical market.
Monitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor order stats, facilitate credit and negotiate returns.
Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects.
Support and consistently to achieve lead and quota.
Produce report as necessary.
Requirements
At least 1-3-year relevant work experience; ever worked in IT Industry is a plus.
Good in English both oral and written is required, Nordics language proficiency or Dutch spoken is a plus.
Good administrative and communication skills.
Team player, and good interpersonal skills.
Customer oriented.
Good Microsoft office experience (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
Experienced in SAP/ERP systems.
Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and diverse culture.
