About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team and regional recruiters
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones for candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experience
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding documentation in collaboration with HR teams
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, GDPR requirements, and company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (SuccessFactors)
- Collaborate with recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to support hiring needs
- Act as a point of contact between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow
- Support the effective use of recruitment systems and tools
- Coordinate with external vendors for background checks and other recruitment-related services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, ideally within EMEA
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
