Responsibilities

Requirements
BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
3+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience
Industry experience in industrial hose, hydraulics, fluid power, construction, manufacturing, or MRO strongly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for success in the territory
Hands-on experience with hose assembly, repair, or application support
Proven ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts in a competitive market
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product applications
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with strong time management and territory planning abilities
