Responsibilities
Gestión Comercial: Responsable de la relación comercial integral con hoteles y desarrollo de la gestión comercial con partners estratégicos
Análisis y Seguimiento: Monitoreo de performance de cartera completa y análisis de indicadores de ventas por cada hotel
Prospección Activa: Realizar sourcing intensivo y contacto telefónico constante para identificar nuevas oportunidades
Planificación Estratégica: Planificación y ejecución de visitas comerciales y contacto sistemático vía telefónica
Reportería: Elaboración de reportes con estadísticas relevantes para identificación de oportunidades de gestión
Desarrollo de Relaciones: Construir y mantener relaciones futuras a largo plazo con hoteles
Acciones Tácticas: Implementar estrategias con diferentes partners buscando mejoras en condiciones comerciales
Requirements
Título profesional en Administración, Ingeniería, Economía, Marketing, Turismo o carreras afines
3-4 años de experiencia en relacionamiento comercial con hoteles
3+ años específicos en industria turística, hotelera o travel-tech
Experiencia comprobada en gestión de cuentas de alto valor o carteras importantes
Experiencia en negociación a nivel gerencial/manager de hoteles
Manejo avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint
Manejo avanzado de CRM (Salesforce o similar)
Inglés avanzado (Excluyente)
