About the role
- Foot & Ankle Sales Associate providing support and education in the medical device field. Collaborating with sales representatives and managing customer relationships to promote Stryker products.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales Representative(s) to quickly learn the medical device industry and Foot & Ankle business
- Contribute to the growth of the business in the assigned territory
- Cover cases in the assigned territory, marketing and promotion of the products
- Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel regarding Stryker products
- Work with sales teams to identify sales opportunities and deliver excellent customer service
- Assist in the implementation of new sales plans and effective marketing strategies
- Partner with Sales Representative(s) on inventory management and building of proper inventory levels
- Maintain training in sales skills and products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification ( i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
- High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
- 4+ years of active duty military service
- Travel Percentage: 10%
