Responsibilities
Project manages critical HR projects and processes.
Ownership of continuous improvement of country policies and projects.
Supports organizational change projects in partnership with HR Operations.
Partners with HR Leaders to assess reporting needs.
Oversees the management of the geographic Q12 process.
Supports the assigned business units regarding Gallup administration.
Processes and validates year-end bonus planning and payout.
Manages the monthly induction day program for new hires.
Manages additional projects or responsibilities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in creating reports, assessing, manipulating and presenting data.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive execution while always meeting deadlines.
Fluency in English required.
Project management experience preferred.
Ideally multiple years of relevant work experience in a matrix environment.
Experience using Workday preferred.
Fluency in Dutch and/or French would be considered an advantage.
