Responsibilities
- Implementation of projects at the client’s site or remotely
- Capture of client processes and development of implementation concepts

- Receiving, processing and responding to requests via the ticketing system
Requirements
- Experience in advising clients and implementing software
- Quick comprehension when capturing client requirements and performing technical knowledge transfer
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems (from Windows 7 / Windows Server 2012)
- Knowledge of Windows Server administration such as Event Log and Microsoft Active Directory
- Desirable: experience with common ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
- Independent, implementation-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, team player, creativity and resilience
- Very good German language skills
