About the role
- Senior Solution Consultant responsible for implementing Coveo's AI-driven search solutions for enterprise clients. Leading workshops and ensuring seamless integration into client systems.
Responsibilities
- Integration of Coveo with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Shopify and other platforms — in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
- Implementation and customization of Coveo features to meet each customer's specific requirements and business objectives.
- Leading requirements workshops with enterprise customers (e.g., Dell, Nespresso, Adobe) and translating their needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Clear, accountable communication with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle — ensuring transparency, alignment, and smooth delivery.
- Deploying solutions that integrate into customers' existing system landscapes — whether on-premises, in the cloud, or as a hybrid approach.
- Configuring, optimizing, and enhancing our data consolidation solution, and enabling core functions, features, and plugins.
- Developing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and implementing JavaScript libraries that seamlessly embed Coveo into customer systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Proven ability to work with complex tech stacks and B2B ecosystems.
- Demonstrated consulting experience in client-facing roles and confident engagement with enterprise stakeholders — required.
- Strong sense of responsibility, project-management capability, structured work approach, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
