Responsibilities
Partner with Middle Market Account Executives to drive retention and growth
Help clients optimize the value they receive from Cigna's products and services
Develop and maintain a “Trusted Partner” relationship with Account Executives
Understand client needs and develop and execute actions to address client issues
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Cigna products, solutions, and services
Collaborate with internal partners to deliver on client expectations
Ensure clear and timely communications aligning with Cigna's strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Health-related industry experience required
Product knowledge, sales practices, and account management expertise
Knowledge of Cigna funding options and benefits structure preferred
Ability to manage through systems and influence clients and partners
Salesforce and KnowledgeXchange experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
