Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current business continuity plans and identify areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective business continuity strategies tailored to their specific needs.
- Facilitate training workshops and exercises to ensure teams are prepared for potential disruptions.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports outlining findings and recommendations.
- Advise clients on regulatory requirements and best practices related to business continuity and resilience.
- Continuously monitor changes in the business environment to adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Risk Management, IT or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or resilience consulting.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with clients and teams.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in business continuity or risk management (e.g., CBCP, MBCI).
- Experience in crisis management and disaster recovery planning.
- Familiarity with IT Disaster Recovery techniques and best practices
- Proficiency with business continuity software and tools.
