About the role
- Senior Consultant leading complex interbank projects for Rabobank in the Netherlands. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholder communication for key strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Neem een leidende inhoudelijke rol in het dossier bij het vormgeven, doorontwikkelen en implementeren van interbancaire projecten
- Creëer scherpe presentaties en besluitvoorstellen, veelal in het Engels
- Werk intensief samen met de Tribe Housing en de hele Wonen keten
- Coördineer afstemming met interne en externe stakeholders
- Neem initiatief in complexe vraagstukken op belangrijke interbancaire dossiers
Requirements
- WO werk- en denkniveau (master afgerond)
- Aanzienlijke ervaring met complexe klant- of portefeuilledossiers binnen financiële dienstverlening, bij voorkeur hypotheken
- Zeer sterk conceptueel, analytisch en strategisch denkvermogen
- Aantoonbaar vermogen om onder hoge tijdsdruk inhoudelijk scherpe analyses, besluitvoorstellen en presentaties te ontwikkelen, doorgaans in het Engels
- Ervaring in het coördineren van inhoudelijke trajecten en het richting geven aan multidisciplinaire samenwerking
- Stevige communicatieve vaardigheden, passend bij samenwerking tot op senior managementniveau
- Ervaring met agile werken
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
