About the role
- Lead Atlassian Consultant shaping strategic Cloud solutions and mentoring consulting teams for Valiantys. Engage with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results in Cloud transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs, environments, and existing processes
- Conduct technical and functional assessments
- Advise clients on Cloud transformation strategies, roadmaps, and best practices
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Design and implement scalable Atlassian Cloud architectures
- Configure and integrate Atlassian solutions based on client requirements
- Lead or contribute to complex migrations from Server/Data Center to Cloud
- Ensure alignment with performance, security, and governance standards
- Lead the delivery of complex Atlassian Cloud solutions end-to-end
- Ensure solution quality, consistency, and long-term maintainability
- Support adoption, change management, and user enablement
- Deliver workshops and training sessions for users and administrators
- Act as a technical lead and mentor for consultants when applicable
- Contribute to practice development (methods, assets, knowledge sharing)
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
- Solid experience in consulting, software development, or technical pre-sales
- Strong expertise or proven experience with Atlassian tools and Cloud environments
- Experience delivering complex projects and engaging with stakeholders
- Fluent in French & English (company-wide working language)
