Coordinate the onboarding process, liaising between internal teams, health insurers/providers, and clients.
Ensure that all onboarding steps are completed within the established deadlines.
Requirements
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring organization and adherence to deadlines.
Serve as the interface with health insurers/providers, internal teams, and clients, ensuring alignment of information.
Monitor registration changes, document submission, and beneficiary eligibility.
Ensure correct configuration of data in the system and track onboarding stages.
Support clients during onboarding by answering questions and guiding them through operational processes.
Monitor onboarding KPIs and address any inconsistencies or outstanding issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
