Responsibilities
Hybrid work routine with both in-person and online meetings;
Establish contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions;
Conduct negotiations and build strong relationships with clients;
Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
Perform commercial visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships;
Rigorously analyze clients' payment capacity to ensure informed and secure credit decisions.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
Experience with credit risk in credit granting and financial mathematics
Negotiation skills and portfolio management experience
Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly.
