Responsibilities
O time de Growth Marketing tem como principal objetivo impulsionar a captação e a rentabilidade de novos clientes por meio dos diferentes produtos e serviços da Stone.
Crescimento de vendas por meio de canais digitais;
Geração de demanda (mídia paga e orgânica);
Captura e conversão de demanda (CRM e Produto);
Aumento de rentabilidade (ofertas e estratégias de cross sell).
Requirements
Para Nível Júnior: Perfil em aprendizado acelerado, executando atividades estruturadas com foco em qualidade e disciplina. Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de BI e noções de SQL são diferenciais.
Para Nível Pleno: Profissionais com autonomia para criticar processos e propor melhorias. Exige-se graduação concluída e experiência prévia (+1 ano) em Growth, Mídia ou CRM.
